very negative opinions (many) are about the winter period. we came in the summer, which allows us to enjoy the tables on the edge of the tank. Several menus and formulas are offered: we chose the "Carentian menu" at 21,5 euros and we enjoyed it very much: good muclade, seiches and potatoes jumped in excellent parsillad, good dessert (lost bread with ice) but the pie did not seem to be made home. The red wine with pichet was mediocre and expensive for the Charentese vdp. The road that passes in front of the terrace is not crowded.

I don't understand the other opinions. What is described does not correspond to the reality that I've lived... Spider paintings in the room, the door of the crassing toilet, the waitress that puts your hair in the plate. The steak served with the non-washed frying pan and bathing in the defrosting juice etc.... Too bad... the location would deserve a good professional.

I went there, despite negative opinions but I was not disappointed!! The mussels were divine, well fleshy and the generous portion! as to the caramel of Liège, a tuerie! not from the region, we chose this restaurant after reading some reviews on the net. Big disappointment. the decoration of the restaurant is very basic to almost nonexistent. Moreover, the room smelled tobacco and was deserted. The waitress is not smiling or welcoming. for food, we caught fish that turned out to be frozen. only positive point: location.

we cycled past and could not resist stopping, sat on the table under the tree and waited, it was daytime and the place was busy. after 20 minutes the waitress told us that they did not serve among the trees! unnecessary to say we have on....Can't comment on the food, but it looked inviting.

small restaurant facing the tank very quiet and very good, very simple but charming. service without reproach and fast. nice terrace for lunch or simply a coffee.
