andhel greeted us with generosity, just as we have a generous plate made by his spouse raphaël. an entry based on breaded duerne cheese accompanied by seasonal crudes. melting cheese, and well balanced dressing. for the second dish, I chose the beef cheek with its seasonal vegetables and dauphinois gratin. tender meat, well accompanied. for dessert, I chose the grammond blueberry pie with a homemade ice cream in yoghurt. good balance of flavor inava general. I don't know. menu prices are at the height of the choice of local products. it will keep this dynamic we will return with pleasure. thanks for this trip of local flavors
