I placed a online order and went into the restaurant to pick up my order . There were two lines and it was very confusing so I got the managers attention and asked him where to pick up the food.He instructed me to stand in a line that was not designated for pickup which had me wait for my order an additional 20 minutes. I ordered steak enchilada dinner and the especial. They did not add my prawns to the mean. The a special is prawns and steak. The steak was really good. My husband said the enchiladas were good too.
The food here is good, though a bit pricey for what you get. The chicken wings and Horchata were especially tasty. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because Cesar made a huge difference. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient with all our requests. Since it was our first visit, we kept asking him for recommendations, and he knew the menu inside out. I honestly thought he was the manager because he was so knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely return—he truly made our experience memorable.
This place has okay food, expensive for what the food actually is. The chicken wings and horchata were delicious. The only reason I?m giving it 4 stars is because Cesar was helping us out so much. I've been coming here countless times over the past 20 years. This place serves the best authentic Mexican food around. Out of all the La Piñata locations, this one has always been my favorite, though I enjoy others as well. The customer service is excellent, and both the dishes and cocktails are fantastic with generous portions. Cesar is always polite and attentive. Even though I no longer live in the Bay Area, this restaurant is still my go-to whenever I visit.

I always have a great experience at La Pinata Restaurant. The food is excellent, the menu offers a variety of options, and the drinks are fantastic. I like trying something new each visit, and I've never had a bad meal. Even when the place is busy, they do an impressive job managing orders. The margaritas are a must, but the coconut drinks are equally delicious. They also offer wonderful tequila flights. I love coming here whenever I can.
Been here countless times for over 20 years. This place is the best authentic Mexican food ever. Out of all the La Piñata?s this one has always been my fav. I do like other ones as well. Customer service is on point and the food and cocktails areamazing. Great portions too. Cesar is always courteous and attentive. Even though I don?t live in the Bay Area no longer when Ivisit this is my go to spot????
Always a good time here, great food, big menu, great drinks. I get something different every time it seems. I've never gotten a bad meal here, even when it's slammed they do a real good job getting orders taken and items out . The drinks are really good,of course the margaritas, but also the coconut mojitos are tasty. They have the tequila flights which is nice. Love coming herewhen I can.
I've been here 4 times, only the first time did I get something proper. The other 3 times have been awful. Steak burrito has been stuffed with nearly nothing but rice which doesn't go on a burrito anyways it's nothing but filler, go ask a chef(not a cook). This is what happened 3 out of 4 times, I can't recommend this place,
