La Pizza Loca - Reserva de mesa

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. It felt like a total waste of my money. The person at the register seemed confused and had to bring over someone else to help with my order for four medium pizzas with two liters of soda, extra cheese, and pepperoni. I ended up having to repeat my order multiple times until I had to raise my voice just to be heard by the staff. To make things worse, none of the employees were wearing name tags. It's clear that this franchise isn't following proper guidelines, and I wouldn't be surprised if they get a visit from the health inspector.

Not buying from la pizza loca again. We were buying from here at least three, four times a month. On this day we saw they put signs advertising their $5 Pizza so we decided to take two boxes. the older short Latino man rang me up and the total came toalmost $20, when I told him why was he charging me so much if flyer said $5. He slam his hands on the counter roll his eyes andtakes out a flyer from underneath starts telling me it's only $5 from 2pm to 4pm and it's already 6. I told him none of thesigns outside have the time. Not coming back here again.

I purchased two pizzas today, one of which was Hawaiian. After taking a bite, I discovered a hair in my mouth, embedded beneath the melted cheese and pepperoni. It seems that hair from the person who made the pizza ended up in it. I suggest that Pizza Loca ensure their employees wear something to cover their hair while working. Additionally, about a month ago, I ordered a meatball pizza, and it smelled and tasted off. I enjoy their pizzas, but they really need to improve their hygiene practices among the staff.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible tasting pizza the marinara was already bad. Who would send expired marinara. How am I suppose to trust a place to doesn?t keep up with their products? I spent $40 dollars just to throw out the food. Iwouldn?t recommend this place to no one. Upon picking up my pizza order, I told the man that I wanted to pay $10 in cash and the remainder on the card. The cashier proceeded to take my $10 in cash and still charged me the full price. Never going to Pizza Loca after this experience.

I absolutely love the staff here; they are incredibly friendly and provide great service. The pizza is delicious! I also appreciate their closing time.

I ordered two giant pizzas over the phone, and it only took 15 minutes. The service was fast and excellent!
