Fuimos a este establecimiento porque era un regalo de mi madre a mi esposa. Antes de nuestra llegada, ya me enteré de este hotel, así como del menú que tienen en el restaurante. Un punto que me sorprendió fue que en la carta no había un 10% de IVA. Recuerdo a la propiedad que según la Ley 44/2006 del 29 de diciembre, el menú de un restaurante debe incluir el precio completo, incluyendo impuestos. Por lo tanto, sería mejor para cualquier establecimiento mostrar siempre sus precios con IVA incluido. Este hotel está situado en la ciudad de Madremanya y para acceder a él debe subir una calle estrecha y luego entrar en un estacionamiento sin pavimentar en mal estado. La sala Figuera y la piscina están bien. Mi experiencia en este hotel fue horrible y francamente, no lo repetiré. Las razones fueron las siguientes: 1) El acceso al hotel es lamentable, tanto en el estacionamiento como en la puerta principal. Por lo que pagas, puedes mejorar el acceso y pavimentar o arreglar el estacionamiento. 2) Dos días antes de nuestra llegada, mi esposa recibió un correo electrónico preguntando si queríamos hacer una reserva para la cena. Cuando llegamos, el recepcionista nos presionó para comer en el restaurante. Me parece inaceptable y me hizo sospechar que su negocio no va bien. 3) En la primera noche, no pude dormir porque hay el sonido de un trafo y la insonorización es terrible. Por la segunda noche tuve que tomar un Alprazolam. 4) Cuando bajamos a desayunar, la camarera no nos saludó ni nos explicó cómo funcionaba el buffet. El servicio era estable y poco profesional. Tengo la impresión de que el personal no está motivado. 5) El café es TERRIBLE. 6) El segundo día, mi esposa encontró un pelo (no el nuestro) en el café durante el desayuno... No hay comentarios... 7) Hubo un detalle que me enojó mucho durante el segundo desayuno. El dueño parece gritar: ¡Aquí están los periódicos! Y luego él y el recepcionista comienzan a mover mesas delante de nosotros. Después, el recepcionista comienza a barrer detrás de nosotros. Y todo esto, sin haber terminado el desayuno. Además, el dueño y el recepcionista hablaban de las reservas del restaurante que eran bajas en un tono fuerte (ya estaba recibiendo la sensación de que el restaurante no estaba haciendo bien). Quisimos tener suficiente y sin interferencias. 8) El precio del restaurante es INCREDIBLE. Muy caro (ambos en el menú y en el menú), precios sin IVA y no es lujo. Para la cena, optamos por otros lugares cercanos, de calidad superior y a un precio justo. En las afueras se pueden encontrar menús por 25 €, con IVA y calidad superior. No estás en el principio del mercado. 9) El precio de €135 por noche y €16 por persona para el desayuno es un STEAL debido al establecimiento. Hay establecimientos en la zona, mejores y con mejores precios. En resumen, no repetiremos este hotel y no se lo recomendaremos a CUALQUIER.
Beautiful hotel in a beautiful Spanish village! Service was great right from the welcome on our first day. They spoke excellent English and even taught us a few words of Catalan to go with our basic Spanish! The owner is about every day and knows the area really well. He had great advice on how to make the most of our days out. Food was very good. A mix of local food with a few extra things from wider afield! The wine was also excellent including the local wines. Amazing team of people looking after us at tables. Willing to help any way required and so friendly. It was a pleasure to meet them all. Rooms were lovely. They kept pretty cool even without the air conditioning (which worked brilliantly). We had a double which I think was the smallest in the hotel but it was still a great size. King size bed, desk, coffee table and two sitting chairs with lots of space around them. Our 'kids ' (19,17 and 11) had a room which had a sofa bed double and two single beds. There was also a small dining table and a beautiful terrace. Beautiful pool, which whilst not huge in width is certainly long enough. It never felt crowded. It 's set in a lovely garden which is great to relax in. Only thing to be aware of is the village clock which maybe you only hear from the double we had (certainly you couldn 't hear it from the kids room opposite). It does ring every 15 minutes day and night. To be honest it disturbed our sleep the first night but after that not at all. For us it was part of the local experience! We would definitely recommend this place. Truly wonderful experience
We enjoyed a fantastic lunch, the place is extraordinary, all the details are well taken care of, excellent service, close treatment, quality cuisine with a tasting menu with local products, well prepared and very complete.... We have been in 'luxury '!! Next time we will try to do it with more time and come and spend a few days there.... Hello and cava...!! Food drinks: With an excellent menu and two very well prepared tasting menus with quality and local products, correct prices.... The wine and cavas list is quite well constructed, a little short on cavas as the only criticism.
