Really do love this place. The servers are either funny or really nice, which are the best two options. The food is good (ask the servers for recs) The vibe is great, plus there isnt a building between it and the beach so the view of the sunset is so nice, especially if you sit in the outdoorsy area in the back. (there are windows to block the wind and heaters to keep you warm after the sun goes down) Also the Guava Mimosa pitcher(s)... TOTALLY worth it. This is one of the restaurants in hermosa that i love to bring people to, especially since it's just a little removed from the pier but still so close.
We stopped in for lunch coming directly from the airport after a long morning flight from Florida and sat at a table for four by the windows on the patio. The atmosphere and views presented us with a warm welcome to California. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the food I had the Pancho's Carne Asada Burrito) was absolutely delicious. Definitely a must visit, and we look forward to going back. Kid-friendliness: Friendly staff was attentive and courteous bringing our 3yr old child an ice water with a lid on it and serving the children's quesadilla first

We ordered two combination plates, 2 cheese enchiladas rice and beans, and two tacos rice and beans. I thought both dishes were pretty bland. The chips and salsa were okay. The service was slow and minimal. We sat outside and every so often a sewer smell wafted by us. Parking: Be prepared to park a few blocks away at metered parking or the public parking garage. Wheelchair accessibility: Outside would be best for wheelchair seating.

This is a fantastic spot with outdoor seating. The staff was very kind and allowed me to relax without any pressure to leave after enjoying my delicious burrito and large salad. I highly recommend this place, especially since they do something uncommon—they accept cash! Truly worth a visit.
Love it. Good food and GREAT service. It's just really fun to go there. We were in the area for 4.5 days and went there twice (breakfast once, lunch the second time) would have gone a third time but they are closed on Mondays.
Great bang for your buck with plenty of vegetarian options. The food was definitely filling and they gave plenty of chips and salsa while we were waiting.
Always a great experience! I usually order the Combo Burrito, but I skip the rice and opt for black beans instead of refried beans.
