Really disappointed this evening, we have been coming here for a while and the food and service is lovely but after tonight will not be returning. There was a power cut tonight which I absolutely appreciate the staff cannot control. We were informed and we...decided to stay and have some drinks in a hope that the power would return. We patiently waiting getting drinks and they kindly gave a little platter which was much appreciated especially as my husband is type diabetic. However then a table of came in complained like I’ve never heard in my life (which is bizarre considering it is not the restaurant’s fault) and they were given their full drinks free (several bottles of wine and gin later...
I stumbled over this little jewel on a wreathed break. from the moment we were greeted, I knew that the service would not be disappointed, and not. Everything was done with a smile and real effort to give the customer the best experience. eating. the food was so delicious that I had to share with my partner and I hate sharing food. but I was so excited that he knows how delicious my teller was. he was very similar. everything was presented with care, they can know the people behind the scenes in the kitchen exactly what they do! I will tell everyone about this experience and recommend them to everyone. Stars out
I visited this restaurant with a large group and was extremely impressed. The food was delicious, the drinks were affordable, and the staff was very friendly. The service was exceptional and the overall experience was great. This place really knows how to take care of their customers at a fair price. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes. Call in about once a fortnight and this is a fab restaurant, everything is so tasty with loads of choice , prices are spot on and service is great . Me and my husband have been coming since it first opened, and also got takeaway...during lockdown, I would say one of the best restaurants in norton
excellent eating really polite service. they are made to really feel welcome by all vicky the managerin, even the owner is often to ensure that they have everything and enjoy their meal. would recommend everyone, always great worth. thanks to all the employees for. a really nice dinner.
have been in billingham la porto many paints, but decided to try norton for a change what a nice restaurant, good atmosphere, friendly helpful staff and as usual eating was great and the prices very reasonable we will definitely come back.
Food was OK as always, but we’ve been times now and each time they ring and say their card machine is ‘broken’ and it’s cash only. Can only assume they are avoiding something…it’s unfortunately customers expect to pay by card.

This Italian restaurant is stylish and modern. The staff is welcoming and provides great service. The fresh pasta dishes were excellent and well presented.
