I have been attending this establishment for years, alone to take a dish of the day, or with the whole family on occasions such as birthdays etc. The kitchen is fine, well served, with a special mention for cooking fish and meat. In the majority of restaurants when I am asked to cook the meat, if I respond rosé I get eyes of owl, rosé, it doesn't exist, it's about to point or bleeding. Well, if rosé, it's between point and bleeding and that's where we see if the Chef can cook his meat as the customer wishes. This Chef there, he knows how to cook his meat and fish perfectly (as desired by the customer). What else, if it's not going!

in three words . . .cher, disappointing quality and very disappointing service because concerning the rosé wine, after having opened a bottled wine, we are told a stock break !!! aberrent !I was hoping for something else from a chef and a starred restaurant !I would pay the price well ... but for quality and for impeccable service, which was not the case.

very good food, we took a truite with blue and goat to the queen and dessert ice cream. homemade dishes and specified on the map what is not the case of 3/4 restaurants. impeccable and efficient service. highly recommended address. We'll be back with pleasure.

this restaurant in the center of urmatt offers a varied and wide map. We ate a bite to the queen and a golden chick. Very well done and it was very good. The staff is very nice and efficient and we were served at 1:45 pm.Thank you I recommend

we have made this restaurant at the armistice day when everything was closed. had a great meal. service was excellent and eating was local and fresh. not cheap, but the prices are fair and the wein was more than fair.
