Late afternoon food options are scarce on a Monday in Chamonix so we stumbled upon La potiniere. Great location with indoor and outdoor seating. Charming atmosphere and friendly wait staff. Good menu with lots of variety (available in English for travelers). Settled in for a beer, large pot of fondue, and a pizza. Everything was excellent. Far better than rating suggests.
Super arrogant. Don´t come. I came solo. I asked if I can have a table. No the waiter said. It´s fully booked he said. But outside there were lots ot tables. I asked can I sit here outside. No he said, we don´t serve food outside. Don´t support this business. There are others much better than this. I hope the owner will see this or maybe he doesn´t care at all.
