This hotel has been a feature in the town for many years but had fallen on hard times recently. Luckily it has been rescued in recent months (just re-opened April 2013 I believe) and the packed dining room on Saturday evening shows that locals and travellers alike are keen to see a return to form.Food was good - nothing special - but we left nothing on our plates! Can't comment on the bedrooms as we didn't stay here but we did here they have all been redone.
We were passing through, the hotel is very warm, very welcoming, we chose the evening stopover formula and the meal was excellent. The attentive staff, comfortable room with beautiful view of the Loire. I recommend.
Very good value for money, the rooms are starting to age, but the bedding is comfortable. Possibility of coming late after an evening if you ask for the entrance code, super practical.

clean and quiet hotel. room of life, noisy sanitary, drizzled shower and capricious hot water. quality ratio price a little fair.
To be recommended. Nice setting, very friendly and discreet staff. The dishes are very fine and copied.
