Not only is it well received, service and quality are irreproachable, but also sebastien justin set out to depopulate the broken tourist I was in full service on Saturday noon. I will not stop thanking him because without him the situation would have been quite complicated for me and my friends. as often as I will come to sault I would be pleased to show him my gratitude. Promised thing due ... year later, from passing to sault, it is with the greatest of the pleasures that we found Sebastien and his team ... who have still enjoyed this irreproachable meal and especially received with the warmest receptions ... next year;

great experience in this establishment. passing through my roadtrip, we were looking for a place with my friend to recover after the rise of the mythical ventoux. We fell on this restaurant and we are very happy. the frame is idyllic with a view of green spaces and on a square. the terrace is huge, the kitchen served is top with use of local products. service was fast despite the lack of customers during the meal.

We were in Sault for 9 days' cycling. This restaurant/bar was perfect as a meeting place after a day's ride or for a bowl of spaghetti at lunch. Brilliant and efficient staff with great personalities. Tres sympa!

Steaks as always in France need to be ordered well done to get a medium UK equivalent .Great place for your biking stop off and to admire the Lavender fields in the valley below .
