La Petite Auberge Baabuk

2 days at Lake Taney with friends, we went there especially for Saint-Martin at the p'tite Auberge. St. Martin's as if he was swore, but next to me, the class! The welcome is friendly and warm. The setting is beautiful: both in terms of the establishment and the surroundings. We had the chance to have the first snow, 50 cm powder, the landscapes were just magical. Madeleine and marco have put their energy and heart in the renovation of this beautifully located hostel just steps from Lake Taney. the rooms are very welcoming, beautifully decorated and small homemade shower products a well appreciated attention! What about the gastronomy offered by the cooking team? high-level ... dishes are delicious and cooked with talent and love! Breakfast is royal. Tresse, rösti, bircher, homemade jams, charcuterie, cheeses, and other good things. to fill the most demanding palaces! an address to remember without a doubt!

This is a place that really worth the detour! renovated with lots of hiding by the bosses themselves, the p'tite inn offers a beautiful restaurant room with bar and fireplace, a superb terrace and rooms decorated with a lot of taste. The reception and service are friendly and the kitchen is very refined and composed of seasonal products. We ate there several times and all dishes were excellent and perfectly prepared.Break: to be discovered!

I've been amazed by this restaurant. the quality of the meal was very well, the good but not exceptional service and the prices more than reasonable. I ordered goat cheese in papillote and there was really enough cheese. my companion ordered the röstis ham-cheese. again, a beautiful thick slice of ham and very good cheese.
