good reception, pleasant terrace. one feels good intention of service a pork pluma, but lack of experience on how to cook it. the meat minced before cooking became dry and no sauce to accompany. it would have been necessary to cook the whole piece and then mince it to keep the meat juicy and tender and a small sauce to accompany would have been welcome.
