La Quinta Mexican Cafe & Bar

We went on a Thursday night so it wasn’t super busy. The guacamole dip was to die for as was the poppers. I had the chicken Chimichanga which when it came out looked like a hard pastry but inside was the most moist tender tasty meat I was so pleasantly surprised.Sangria was delicious although I was looking for the fruit effect but alas it just came out as liquid. My sister had the tostada bowl which was amazing and my brother had the chicken mole burrito which was nice but not blow your socks off.I really enjoyed the food, but I do feel it’s a bit hit or miss depending on what you have. Went here last night for dinner after not having been in about 12 months. Still delicious food! Possibly the best frozen strawberry margarita I have ever had(and I have had them all over the world! . Service is not so good and they desperately need fans inside...it’s so hot in there! However...the food is super yummy...that’s why I give it a 4/5!
