La Releve - Reserva de mesa

This is a treat, a proper French restaurant with reasonable prices and superb food and a bit away from Le Touquet. Don’t read the old reviews because this place has changed hands and is now linked to the Italian next door and the burger grill down the road. It is the posh place of the trio and it is good. The menu Ardoise came with tuna tartare, stunning, and shanks of lamb with haricot beans plus a delicious dessert of pears, meringue, real chocolate ice cream and cream for €26. If you’re in the area it is unbeatable so book online in advance and don’t be disappointed.

When complaining about one dish (the others varying from good to excellent , the waiter called for the head waiter . When we explained why the bouillabaisse did not please us (dry and overcooked chunks of fish , frozen squid and a bland fishsauce that tasted more of cornstarch than fish ... , the headwaiter listened for 4 seconds and the just walked away . Only reaction was a nasty look each time he passed by our table. A shame as we were very pleased with all the other dishes . Staff should embrace criticism as it improves the restaurant when taken into account .....

Lovely welcome both when calling to make the reservation and on arrival. Very large, modern, clean restaurant with large terrace for outdoor dining and with space for the children to play. Small menu which makes choosing easy and with fresh fish of the day options. A mix of Mediterranean and French style dishes something for everyone. The service was very friendly and the whole place had a really positive buzz. Small improvement I would have preferred to have a menu each, instead we given one for four persons to share; and dessert options could be better.

Given the time of year the menu was more limited than usual, albeit still a good choice available. The plate de jour was excellent and good value for 3 courses for €26. Other dishes were equally good, matched by the service. An open kitchen is always a winner no where to hide and turned out great food. Nice venue very contemporary furnishings with a good sized terrace, albeit too cold to eat out the night we visited. Oriented toward fish but other dishes available. Well worth a visit. We dined at La Releve when we stayed at The Cocoon Inn 50 yards away. The staff were charming, the food was beyond excellent and reasonably priced. I had the best Paella I've ever eaten outside of Spain and my husband had Lobster pasta which was exquisite. We'd go back for sure.

I've never had the opportunity to eat claudine, but I can say that rotation is very well assured. reception is very user-friendly, the perfect service. We ate very well. very good value quality price. I strongly advise you

Passing by i ha a go at this restaurant.... not bad but i thought it was a bit too expensive... but overall not bad thanks.

We once again took advantage of the menu of the day. a rich and tasty menu. The new card is very beautiful.
