La Ronde - Reserva de mesa

If you like the good old classic way of welcoming, serving and cooking and you can afford the prices for good food but not out-of-this-world on the originality and creativity side, la ronde is for you. The food and wine menu are extensive, almost too much to choose from...service is top class but a bit too serious for my taste. Although excellent, this restaurant is a view of the past, cooking has become a trendy thing with all the cooking tv shows and a lot of new young chefs are fighting against each other to push the limit of blending flavours, leaving this restaurant a bit far back. Yes, the rotating view of Edmonton is a plus.

Went for Sunday brunch while in town on meetings. Server seemed like he was a bit overwhelmed even though it's a buffet. Took a little while to get drinks and to get checked out, but not too bad. The buffet food was exceptional and they had eggs benedict, bacon, seafood salad, omelet station, you name it. All of it was good. I typically don't go for buffets because I hate fighting for food, but this was worth the effort. Only downside, lots of LARGE groups descend at the same time on the buffet, so if it's reasonable wide open, go get your food. The view was beautiful and so were the Mimosas!

Went to the La Ronde as we were staying at the hotel and was not disappointed. From the Balvenie whiskey flight to the wine selections, to the chateaubriand everything was first class. The waiter was an Irishman who had just the right balance of engaging and leaving you alone. He was also knowledgeable of the menu along with being quite humourous. Cheateaubriand was tremendous I can still taste the flavours!

we went for the Sunday brunch. It is expensive but definitely worth the time and view as the restaurant rotates so you can see the whole city while brunching. Many many choices of food, the traditional breakfast items as well as lunch. all of it very tasty followed by delicious desserts. The service was great and friendly. Brunches Excellent - a good choice of food well set out with very good friendly staff that are there to serve and assist Dinner Food selection is excellent. The food is well prepared and the service is the best The wine and liquor selection more than met expectations and here again the service was superb

I have been attending at LaRonde since 1967 for special dinners and business introductions. Even when the Hotel Management was is disarray the Management kept the quality of the food and service A-1 up in the LaRonde Restaurant.

restaurant on top of the fantastic hotel chateau lacombe(24°piano). all the delicious dinner but the buffalo is really something highly recommended for me. tender and well accompanied very good. Good and well prepared desserts.

Great views of Edmonton's river valley and the city. Revolving restaurant is must see in Edmonton. Different look of River Valley in different seasons. Reserva una mesa ahora

It was very nice, interesting to see the view of the city from so high up. The food paired well with the scenery, bit could use some subtle changes.
