Worst service! I placed an order for delivery and was told the driver would be arriving in 1 min. 10min passed as I waited from my apartment for the driver to arrive and call once in the lobby. He calls me and says “if you’re not coming we’ll cancel the order”. I asked if he was here and he hung up on me and refused to take my return calls. My partner who lives with me has cancer and was not feeling well. For me to leave her unattended for any length of time could be dangerous. The driver couldn’t wait the 1 min for me to get on the elevator and down to the lobby. I called the restaurant and the manager was extremely combative. Explaining how busy they were. I love this place, it's my absolute go to for pizza. Lived in the neighborhood for over ten years, and they're great. It's just staple-NY pizza done right with nothing fancy and with good service. But their service is what stands out. I'm not sure if the guy behind the counter is the actual owner but if it's not, you'd think it was. Every time I order online, I get a phone call saying the pizza will be there X, Y, Z, my order has never been wrong, and they're always so courteous when ordering in person. If you want reliably good pizza/chicken rolls, you cannot go wrong with this place.

They’re such a stellar late night option. They pack everything PERFECTLY and make it so that it’s hot when it gets to you. Everything tastes extremely fresh and I appreciated that in the Philly steak sandwich it was real steak, not some frozen junk you buy in bulk. It seemed to be smothered in a Delicous beef gravy or sauce of sorts that also is amazing. The only reason for a lowish rating is the bread was 75 burnt so I ate the Delicous filling with a fork. They’re still very lovely and provide quality and ultra tasty food. Just not sure about this order today

Food was delicious. I had penne alla vodka with chicken it was creamy and filling. My dad and brother had the pizza and they both enjoyed it very much, wish I had snagged a bite : My mom and dad shared the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and said it was absolutely delicious, perfectly garlicy. We were so thankful to enjoy our last meal in NYC here and we'd definitely recommend! One thing is that this place is very much a regulars type place so the service is short and straight to the point. Not a problem but thought I'd put it out there.

Today I went with my friend for a quick late lunch and the food was amazing. We ordered two regular slices as well as penne alla vodka with grilled chicken on top, pizza was delicious with a nice crust and sauce to cheese ratio and the penne alla vodka is just perfect with the right amount of sauce and flavor. Service was nice, everyone I saw working there was sweet. I can’t wait to come by again, definitely recommend!

Absolutely obsessed with La Rondine. Never been much of a fan of pizza before I discovered this place. The Ziti slices are incredible, Eggplant Rollatini is perfectly stuffed— and don’t get me started on the zucchini sticks and rice balls! Perfectly crispy on the outside and still juicy on the inside. I have to stop myself from dipping in every time I walk past to the train! Never again ordering anywhere else.

Really great food. Very friendly customer service. In a previous delivery, I was missing the drinks I ordered. I called and spoke to Alex who said they would be added to my next order no charge. I called the next time I ordered and he kept his word. Alex was easy to talk to and I had no problems. Will continue to order from them!

Went in for a quick few slices. The regular was very good. The Buffalo chicken was good and unique. They make it like a normal slice with Buffalo chicken on top, so there is in fact tomato sauce. The staff were all very friendly and the place was extremely clean. Prices are very fair.

Delicious pizza, and the staff was a delight. I had the square pie with pepperoni, and it was crispy and perfectly salty.

Great pizza. No matter what time of day. The rest of the menu tastes like a high end restaurant. Always a good meal.
