La Rosa - Reservar una mesa

We caught the tourist bus and got off at Valencia each. We were recommended this restaurant by the hotel concierge. It was such a good Paella. The hotel is upstairs and the view is wonderful looking over the sea. The entrance is from the road running parallel to the beach, don’t be put off, it’s a bit dark downstairs. The owner is charming

My old dad I took a little holiday in Spain and all my dad could talk about was real Paella, he needed to find an authentic Spanish Paella. Thank goodness for La Rosa providing a tasty real Spanish dish. He said it took him back to the 70s when Spain was still Espagna and everything didn’t come with chips.

We came to Spain and they recommended us this restaurant as it makes you feel like home. Besides, this paella is the tastest paella we ever tried. The owner is super welcoming and the price is worth.

We chose the place mostly for the view from their upper floor. The view on the sea is incredible. Food is nor bad either. One of better paellas on Malvarosa.
