La Rosa Fine Cuban Cuisine

I recently dined at La Rosa Fine Cuisine Restaurant, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the food was absolutely delicious. However, the waiter needs to attend customer service training. I ordered the steak and egg lunch special. I requested that my egg be fried instead of poached, the waiter initially declined and made it a big deal. He even remarked that this restaurant wasn 't Denny 's, Ihop or Wendy 's where you can have it your way. When I asked why changing the egg from poached to fried was such an issue, he blamed the chef and the owner. This interaction was not only unprofessional but also quite frustrating. I ordered Uber eat and asked for specifications with my food and it is the most horrible thing I have ever received. I called to see if they would correct the error with the food. Ester answered and told me that she was a waitress and that she had no responsibility and that the manager didn't come until 5 because there was no work, the manager couldn't contact me and she treated me badly, she made fun of me. I think it's a very bad job and it really makes me sad to see how the places here in Miami deteriorate by the day. I recommend not ordering takeout. Unless I review it so that what doesn't happen to me and the administration, don't put inappropriate personnel to answer the phone.

The service from the woman with the dyed yellow hair in a ponytail was extremely disappointing. She never approached our table to offer water, any additional drinks, or check if we were satisfied with our meals. The same went for the man at the table next to ours, who had to call her over to inquire about the delay in receiving his food. When we finally called her to ask for the bill, she seemed annoyed. It's a shame because the food was good.

I liked the place, the food is very delicious, Cuban dishes, clean, cozy with a very nice decoration, the waiters are very attentive and friendly, thanks to Kerly and Pipo, as they affectionately call him, the founder of this place. They have excellent musicians, very good quality music. I highly recommend it, it's spent with the family, thank you Reserva una mesa ahora

I was looking for a quick and affordable place to have a nice and healthy lunch and I found this gem! The menu has a variety of choices I ordered a grilled mahi mahi and it was SO delicious!! Service was prompt and atmosphere was very nice. The lunch menu special is excellent too!!

This is a wonderful Cuban dining experience. The servers were very kind and courteous. The food was amazing!! The queso empanadas were amazing. Try the flan. It was by far the best flan I ever had in my life. The drinks were delicious too. 10/10 highly recommend
