Rose Des Sables

Ingredients were fresh and full of taste. My dish was cooked with carrots, onions, potatoes in a rich sauce. My husband had the special Seabass. We shared a wonderful Chardonnay Lansac vin. The sheer history of the room now turns into a beautiful restaurant / art gallery / studio making for a relaxing dinner. David the owner Koch / is thrilled by his food from tagine to cous cous a welcoming atmosphere.
