We were really disappointed by our visit. We were in a slightly separate space to the main room but we waited twenty minutes to be offered the chance to order drinks. Eventually we had to go and find somebody to order from. When our food...came we were missing items and so we tried to ask again for a salad. We had to ask a third time and 50 minutes later when it arrived the waitress dropped it on the table without a sorry or any acknowledgment. Our food was supposed to be ‘a volonte’ but the salami was removed and not replaced. When we asked for the bill they brought the wrong bill and then as we were debating what to do they ran over to replace it, again with no apology. This was food serve...
We enjoyed this restaurant so much we returned 2 nights later and it was just as good. First night we had a table inside and enjoyed a couple of delicious pizzas, and the 2nd evening the weather was warm enough to sit outside. Great service....Very friendly and attentive. A glass of complimentary limoncello at the end of the evening was a nice touch too. Highly recommended.
What a delicious moment at the Rotonde. We were very well received, the service was nice and the servers were good advice. The fondue with the trumpets of death was great, I’ll be back with pleasure this winter!
friendly staff fast service excellent quality eating. she saw a bit too nice for children, but they were made to feel welcome and had nice eating. great to find the right French kitchen among all savoyard!
