Hi hello The team, thank you again for the discoveries, we had a great time. The béarnaise is really excellent and the breaded tab is a great discovery. A very important point is respect for cooking and this time it was 10/10 for my tab and Madame's Angus!!! Dessert: the puff pastry is killer A chef who puts love into what he does and it's always beautiful to see.. Keep it up team. SEE YOU SOON JULIAN

we had taken the menu with the poultry piece, unfortunately around the bone the meat was not cooked. I thought the restaurateur would make a gesture like the coffee offered but nothing bad
