If we could give this a zero for Service I would give it -10. The waitress was in la la land, Maybe she was having a bad day, week month year IDK but whatever it was. The service was horrible. Got the soup wrong after we reiterated exactly what we wanted not hard. Lemon rice soup, we got tomato vegetable. We asked for the La Saj combo for two comes with Grape leaves Kefta Kabob and fried Kebi for 35.99, we got the La Saj combo for two with all meat Shawarma, and kabob. WE DID NOT ORDER THAT. Service was wonderful for our catered event. The food tasted incredible, but most of all, I know the ingredients are very high quality, because I have quite a few sensitivities including soy, and I was able to eat their food without issues. This is such a rare event for me. I am so happy to find out about this restaurant, and we will be eating here a lot now. :

WOW! La Saj does not miss! We ordered a very large Carry-Out order for Mother's Day. Our entire order was fresh and prepared just as we asked. They didn't miss a single thing. All of our guests were very pleased with everything. Everyone loved that we had the comfort of our own home with amazing food without battling the crowd for the holiday. Thank you La Saj!

Coming to this restaurant is such a wonderful experience. The food is amazing, along with the environment. But particularly we have had exceptional service by the staff. Our recent server, Sarah, didn't need to be directed with anything we needed as she already addressed it before we could ask. Amazing service, food, and experience coming here every time. We love La Saj it is our favourite go to Middle Eastern restaurant. It’s always clean. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is great. This tray combo was for two people it fed four of us. Our waitress Cara was AMAZING one of the best servers I’ve ever had, you don’t get that service anymore, thank you Cara!

I've been to La Saj many times and have always had a positive experience. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The food is always delicious. They have plenty of vegan options too. I highly recommend this restaurant for dine in or carryout.

They gave my order to another customer. Proceeded to wait 45 min for my order to be remade. Nobody notified me it was on the counter ready and it sat for 15 minutes and was cold. Good food when it’s hot and on time though
