disappointing by the service (staff not at the desired level of the establishment; cut of fish quite negligent) and by the card. How can you make a quality cuisine with a fixed menu from the beginning to the end of the season?! Conversely, many establishments around the world offer a regularly renewed menu according to seasonal products... the dessert to the rhubarb served at the end of September was literally insipid, unworthy of a restaurant that was said to be starred. the restaurant as a whole is in my opinion not at all up to its ambitions. the gap between the target level and reality is sensitive. That's a shame.
very good French cuisine with good original products and associations. . we tested the three entries and everything was very good without any reservation. for resistance dishes the pig with cauliflower and romanesque was really good, the fish caught of the day was cooked perfectly but we found it a little expensive 120 € for a wolves of 800g for 3 people. a real heart blow for dessert bretons with ganache grazed with basil and red fruits: a real pleasure. the show's nail remains a breathtaking view of the sea throughout the meal.
A fabulous experience! content of the exquisite plate. For us, it was a carpaccio of pelamide (bonite with a striped back) following a grilled dorade. everything was perfect: extreme freshness of the dishes, perfect seasoning, careful but quick fish cut to avoid losing the heat of the fish. service is very professional: reactive, discreet and efficient. and very kind. Finally, the view of the room is sublime: installed in front of the sea, we saw the sunset. a very nice birthday party for my dear and tender.

Probably one of the best restaurants in the peninsula if it’s the best, a very pleasant service, and what to say about the meal in itself! We'll be back!
