La Siesta - Reservar una mesa

This is right on the beachfront. It is halfway between a shack and a proper building, and halfway between a cafe and a restaurant. The seating is comfortable, the staff are friendly if a bit hurried at busy times, and the food is a bit over average price and unexceptional. Not a destination in its own right, and not for those who want high quality or original food, but if you are nearby and want a place to stop right on the seafront, then I would recommend it.

The view from the patio is gorgeous! We visited the restaurant as a family and wacht hat a three course dinner. While the entree and the dessert were really good and definitely worth the price, the main course was disappointing. We would not expect a standard frozen veggie-mix in a 40€ plate. All in all we spent 215€ for tho adults and an 8yr old girl and that is definitely overpriced.

Location and initial impressions good, that is until the food arrived. On a very expensive and elaborate menu we were expecting a high quality food offering. Unfortunately, the overcooked, under seasoned burger in a stale bun, was ridiculously over priced at €26, and our other meal was under whelming too. Simply very poor value for money.

Not a massive choice and prices are as you’d expect for location a bit steep. However good service and served promptly and cooked well

Good food and wines. Portions are real big. Staff is friendly and helpful. Call before your visit and ask for a table with a view.
