After moving to Cochise County, I made a personal goal to try every cheese crisp in a 2 hour radius. This is it. This is the one. I have been eating cheese crisps nearly 40 years. I can’t even deal with as of writing this this spectacular specimen of cheese and tortilla, crisped to perfection, is only $4. The service is regularly awesome. The tortilla: thinner than average, which gives it an awesome light tooth. Does not seem to be “grilled” like some local cheese crisps. The cheese: I believe this is Monterey Jack and Cheddar. I really need to say this! I grew up eating at La Fiesta. I enjoyed fried bean burritos and cheese crisps as a kid. As I got older, enchiladas, tacos, albondigas, guacamole, rellenos, and much more!!! They have stayed true to their menu and recipes. These folks traveled to Washington, DC and cooked for President Regan. They are fabulous, and if you're ever in Douglas, Arizona on the border of Mexico not to far south of the New Mexico border off of the historic HWY 80 (Route 66) traveling through you need to stop! This part of the US is rich in history! Great food, great people, and great western history!! Did I say, great food?! I even brought Tacos home!!!!

Food is good but service is terrible don't even bother calling for an order because you won't get anyone to answer lounge was empty when I went and I was told it was over an hour wait for my food I was very disappointed

I ate fajitas and they were bland...the waitress brought pico de Gallo that was freshly made for me, which wasn't on the menu... Changed everything for me... I will try it again! Reserva una mesa ahora

Love this place. Great food and service. I think their tacos are outstanding. The chicken enchilada in a lime sauce is very very yummy. Well, EVERYTHING is good.

This is by far the nicest restaurant that I have gone to in Douglas, Az. It's not expensive at all and the food is good!!
