We love La Sorella! My wife and I recently dined here for her birthday. I called earlier in the day to see about a surprise birthday dessert—my wife has a gluten allergy, and so we need to be strict about what we eat and where. The manager was immediately accommodating. She also reminded me that they also have a full gluten free menu, a rarity especially for Italian restaurants. This is our go to place. For past 3 visit our experience is worse than the other. We are served in a hurry. It's like churning people out. We are given hardly any choice of Vegetarian food. We are asked to hold back meat/fish/ chicken for the dish on the menu but we are charged the same! They have discontinued serving Flatbread so we are told) now it is just one dish left. Their potatoes are fried in the fryer with other animal Meats. Even other dishes have chicken broth ! It's frustrating to explain 30 things to avoid just to get a decent pasta dish. Enjoyed a lovely dinner with my wife to celebrate a late mother's day dinner. We enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. We sat on the patio and our server was very charming and attentive. He was a gentleman in his later 40s maybe or 50s. We shared the calamari which was delicious. My wife ordered the risotto which was delicious and I ordered the steak special. The dirty martinis were delicious as was the old fashioned. Dessert was delicious. We ordered the chocolate torte cake and profiteroles. The double espresso was the perfect touch to the end of a nice meal. We will be back and thank you!

excellent service. fast. server was so nice. that was delicious. we loved the Auberginen-Pam. we had ridden who were not on the menu and they were too good. pizza and ravioli was super delicious. red sauce with mush was not so good, maybe creamy sauce would have been better. overall great experience.

I am so glad that such an authentic Italian restaurant is only blocks away from my house. the foods are great! the atmosphere of this restaurant is so classic that we can feel another dimension of comfort.
