Mis dos amigos y yo llegamos a las 7 pm (habiendo reservado). Estábamos sentados y pedimos después de 15 minutos de esperar para ser notado. Al realizar el pedido, nos advirtieron para obtener un poco de focaccia porque sería una espera de 25 minutos para nuestra red. Multa. Pedimos la focaccia y esperamos alrededor de 30 minutos para el pan que se suponía que nos marea. Fue muy salado y pocodero en el medio. Aproximadamente 20 minutos más tarde, una camarera le preguntó si estábamos listos para nuestra red eléctrica. Dijimos que sí y ella tomó nuestros platos. My two friends and I arrived at 7pm (having booked). We were seated and ordered after 15 minutes of waiting to be noticed. When ordering, we were warned to get some focaccia because it would be a 25min wait for our mains. Fine. We ordered the focaccia and waited about 30minutes for the bread that was supposed to tide us over. It was very salty and underdone in the middle. About 20min later a waitress asked if we were ready for our mains. We said yes and she took our plates. We then waited another 20min for our mains. Este fue un encuentro fresco en Freo al final de la Franja principal. Es un antiguo almacén convertido y el ambiente fue separado de ser un poco ruidoso. Mi esposo y yo vinimos a cenar con otra pareja y todos pedimos Pasta (¿cómo no podrías!). Definitivamente gané con el pedido y tenía la pasta, pesto y langostinos en el tamaño principal. ¡Fue increíble! Mi esposo ordenó la carne Ragu y eso era bastante delicioso, pero podría tener más parmesano. Compartimos Creme Brulee para el postre y tuvimos una tapa perfectamente crujiente. This was a cool find in Freo at the end of the main strip. It is an old converted warehouse and the ambiance was spot on apart from being a little noisy. My husband and I came for dinner with another couple and we all ordered pasta (how could you not!). I definitely won with ordering and had the pasta, pesto and prawn in the main size. It was AMAZING! My husband ordered the beef ragu and that was pretty yummy but could of had more parmesan. We shared creme brulee for dessert and it had a perfectly crusty top. The service was great. La Sosta is slightly on the expensive side but worth it for a yummy meal. If I came back I would order the same dish which says a lot as I love trying new things!
Very disappointed with this place. First and last time visiting. My boyfriend and I went there for a date and both ordered pasta. Both of our pasta was undercooked. My boyfriend ordered the ravioli and the serving size was ridiculously small with hardly any sauce. It was that small that we when we left he got another meal on the way home. I ordered the lamb Ragu parpadelle and mine was also undercooked and did not have a lot of meat or flavour. For the price we paid, we were expecting 5 star food and it was not. The service was also terrible. We were sat outside, the waiters would only ever come out to deliver food to ordering drinks and catching there attention was very hard.
Fui a La Sosta y el camarero fue una leyenda absoluta! El servicio fue excelente, excepto cuando obtuvieron platos principales y entrantes mezclados. Luego esperamos 15 minutos por dos platos y todos los demás del grupo habían terminado. Ok, se quitó una comida, pero al mismo tiempo la cocina debe ser ceñida alrededor del scone no enviando las comidas de entrada en lugar de las comidas principales más la tardanza de los platos
Went to la sosta and the waiter was an absolute legend! Service was great except for when they got main and entree dishes mixed up. Then we waited for 15 minutes for two dishes and everyone else of the group had finished. Ok they took one meal off but at the same time the kitchen should be belted around the scone not sending out entree meals instead of main meals plus lateness of the dishes Reserva una mesa ahora
