Hot atmosphere. Nice polished waitress. A must-see address to eat well in Gérardmer. The dishes are typically mountainous, hearty and especially tasty. I suspect they can provide cheese and charcuterie from small local producers. Their scraping board (for 2 people) was unanimous in my stomach on the legs.
