We took the menu Baldemerien for 49 Euro. 4 courses with amuses, pre-dessert and friandises. 3 flaws that make it was not a TWO star meal. Pasta dough from raviolo too thick and therefore too hard. Strips of vegetable dried out. And in one of the desserts the casing of white chocolate too thick. But the rest.... OMG... absurd!! Sweetbread is perfect and a very very generous portion! The carmelized onion bread divine and home made. Deserts explosion of taste. Very good cheese trolley. 49 Euro per person, is this real?!? It feels like stealing... but this is a very very good meal. And despite it is in a hotel really nice setting! Absolute recommendation!!
a beautiful decoration, tables spaced very pleasant, a warm welcome for an impeccable service and especially a kitchen to discover. the menu is top, very well balanced. very good local products, tastes, associations, cuisine, sauces are at rdv. bravo in the kitchens. 90€ is really an excellent quality price ratio for this 10-step menu. the wine map is also very well built for a really reasonable price and it is quite rare in this category of restaurants. short an excellent dinner for a table that will certainly deserve a 2* soon.
We had a memorable evening for our meeting anniversary. dishes were excellent with always more surprising and fresh flavours. the hostess and sommelier were very pleasant, listening and professional. Less. the presentation of the dishes and the origin of the ingredients was a real plus. it was very pleasant to discover a little anecdote on the leader during some of them.
We spent a great time at the source: the room is pleasant, the spacious tables and the cozy space, the reception is irreproachable and the perfect service. the food was delicious: a seasonal cuisine that even modernity and tradition with excellent local products. It was a beautiful gustative adventure. We loved the wines recommended by the sommelier. only happiness!

very pleasant and new setting with a view of the green park. reception and smiling and warm service. excellent sommelier that made us discover good regional wines in perfect agreement with our menu dishes. A little gift at the time of the note a little bottle of chocolate badoit! we were conquered and charmed and we will return again.
a great gastronomic moment with friends. the source restaurant in Saint-Galmier is really a beautiful house. The service is attentive, the room has recently been renovated with a lot of taste and the kitchen is particularly neat with a very fair kitchen, well-marked fruit juices and a beautiful creativity! Bravo to the whole team.
excellent service, tasty cuisine and a pleasant room. a great discovery for my first time in a star. price seems to be in relation to quality. small note on excellent desserts but less surprising than the rest of the menu. Bravo to the whole team. Get back!
