Following advice from a local, we managed to get into La Suite after a first attempt was foiled due to not booking ahead. However, despite the setback, it was well worth it. The staff are friendly and made us feel very welcome, despite our abysmal attempts at French! I opted for the Mexican galette (with beef, sweetcorn etc) and the snickers crepe, and both were great choices. If you’re staying on island, I’d really recommend this as a priority for your evening meal.
The town is coastal and being out of season I hardly expected it to be open ... but it was and glad we were to find it so. We were a small party of four celebrating a happy time together. We ate a la carte and I did not make notes of who had what. But the quality (I had a superb rack of lamb chops) and the service was as good as any I have experienced outside of Michilin. The shame is, living in England, I cannot go back until next year.

After a wonderful familly time spent at the local movie theater we stopped at La Suite without any booking. Hopefully, the nice tenant manage tables allowing us to be served. We enjoy a lot meals based on galettes and crepes and a special winter snapshot to the tartiflette. Reserva una mesa ahora
Nous avons dîné dans ce lieu chaleureux et convivial entre amies pour un enterrement de vie de jeune fille. Accueil et service au top, cuisine savoureuse et maison ! Le cadre est super agréable avec la jolie terrasse en bois ombragée et fleurie. Allez y les yeux fermés !!!
We always go here when we visit Noirmoutier. Hubby loves the gallettes and crepes, I enjoy their steak with house sauces. We like to sit outside, and thankfully they have a separate outside area for smokers (why can't we do that in more restaurants please).
We turned up without a reservation but we’re found a table in the beautiful garden. The staff were friendly and helpful with our young kids and the food excellent and great value for money. We’ll be back.
