La Table - Reservar una mesa

Stopped by as I was cycling from Bordeaux to St. Emillion. Picked the place from tripadvisor and had a most memorable meal. I was led to the garden and shown a seat - it had a few patrons at lunch time. The garden was beautiful - lots of trees, glorious afternoon sunlight with sunbeams streaking through, a fountain in a very rustic setting. The food was good, fresh and well-prepared - they had meal options where you could pick from a selection of starters, mains and desserts. I had the salmon tartare, a veal steak, local red wine and coffee with condiments (sampler of all deserts) and all of these were excellent - I guess the atmosphere made the food even more enjoyable. The waiting staff were quite attentive, without being overbearing. A really memorable meal - something I will not forget soon - given the great setting. The price for the meal was around 30 euro and, for the food quality and surroundings I would say, reasonable.

a nice surprise, a tasty and hearty lunch for a very affordable price in view of quality, a very pleasant and warm service of the three waitresses! We will come back with great pleasure and this time we hope in the beautiful little garden.

We enjoyed a superb lunch at a cozy courtyard. very child-friendly!
