I keep a wonderfully memorable memory of my lunch at the breizh table. This charming Japanese restaurant, with an elegant and warm decor, offers a bubble of calm and refinement in the middle of the summer cancal wave. beautiful professions can dialogue from the soul to the soul and animate the places perfectly. the view of the bay is unbearable, and the gaze meditates gently and dreams on the tides. for our greatest pleasure this day, the sea and light were able to play with the art of a whole palette of gradient shades combining green, blue and grey with a great delicacy. the complicity sky has offered its lights sometimes pastel or electric, on a score at the tempo largo, moderato or allegretto ... a perfect setting for the absolutely delicious menu, in harmony with this show. a delicate and delicious presentation, very balanced, subtle, original and gourmet, a ballet of peaceful and magistral gestures of the chef Raphaël-Fumio kudaka, a carefully carved and felt service, while being natural of the team.
