I booked a month in advance because I read good things about this restaurant. the Japanese chief aki worked for years at ambroisia and also went to italia at santini's. promises/premises have been largely exceeded. One of the two best fish dishes I've ever tried. From the moment you enter, the culinary experience is a real poetry. The chef is alone and the kitchen is open. very few seats, a very small room. a very well-trained and kind server. a pre-established and perfectly executed map: fish, as you have never eaten it. a very short, demanding but exceptional wine map: a severe memorable. really exceptional.

Food 5 stars, very good Value price less one star food was really good, but not exceptional Organization less one star. I found it frustrating to see other people suggest a lobster menu while I was never told that it was an option (and that, even if I found out on the menu when booking a table).

I had great expectations because there were so many ethical reviews, but I was a little disappointed. The good taste of the carefully detailed sauce was good, but on the other hand it was a bit disappointing that the main fish was white fish and the texture was riding a bit.
