You asked me the question last week I would have put 5 stars. We were mostly always happy both at the reception level and at the bakery and patissier achievements (with a slight flat for the opera but it is pure question of personal taste) But last Sunday we were very disappointed we ordered a week before a Paris Brest revisit ganache climbed white chocolate and fresh strawberries for 8/10 but the result was catastrophic the dough was completely missed and flat not cooked inside and very tan on the outside and there must have been a hell of a concern to the cut because the wheel of Paris Brest was reconstituted, broken in several places.
