We're having dinner on August 14. The kitchen is very pleasant in a really beautiful setting. The dishes are copied without being excessive with a very nice balance between classic products and very inventive accompaniments. The cooking of meat and fish is perfectly controlled, the sommelier advised us to take into account our preferences and without pushing to consumption. But above all, a special felicitation to pastry for its chocolate production whose flavors and lightness were very appreciated at the end of the meals. An address to keep in the area for a value for money, in my sense of very good level.

An absolutely fabulous setting! The menu offered by the chef is a real treat for taste buds of all ages. A way for adults and young people to discover local and gastronomic flavours. Small tank however for the fresh wind that disturbs this magical moment. Beer of a lining I recommend the verbena to finish the meal on a warm and comforting touch. A small culinary paradise in the Lot!

Restaurant discovered by chance during our summer holidays. The frame is great and the cuisine is excellent. We did not regret choosing a carpe diem menu. The subtlety of agreements between cooked foods is sometimes surprising but always delicate and succulent. My wife and I had a great evening. The chief and all staff are remarkable. It is a place to discover without hesitation.

The castle of Haute-Serre opens its doors for a distinguished meal. This four-stroke dinner made it possible to discover new original flavors and very well worked. Very charming place with a very refined restaurant room, a young chef who respects fine meat cooking, the wine of the castle is really very fine, the only flat to my taste no chocolate dessert this day!
