La Table de la Désirade

We dropped by the evening before and booked the table and the menu: lobster! Turned out to be an excellent choice. We were served lobster in different ways as starters and in traditional way as main course. It was beyond delicious. We had our 3 kids with us, and they also enjoyed their meal (pasta/rice with beef). The desserts were amazing (we had to split because we kind of wanted it all), and finally coffee and hot chocolate. It is in a way very French and traditional, but at the same time innovative and trying to serve the food in new ways, which turn out to be a really good choice. It is ‘new nordic’ but definitely inspirred by new ways of trying out to serve lobster, hot chocolate, etc....

we went there with a well-defined culinary objective: the menu in parts around the lobster one of the specialties of the restaurant. We were not disappointed between mellow and her bisque, half-cuit tartar, lobster and lobster bisque. all in a pleasant outdoor setting with remote tables and a very friendly service. only regret is to not be able to take the famous dessert suzette pancakes that are not currently scheduled. a very good evening tasting.

Nous étions 16 personnes et y avons mangé trois soirs, une salle ayant été réservé pour notre groupe. Les plats sont excellents une mention pour le menu homard et les gâteaux du pâtissier. Cerise sur le gâteau, Lucie une tornade de jovialité et de bonne humeur. Que du bonheur !

Lovely, cozy, little restaurant, very good food and nice service. We really enjoyed this restaurant which we tried twice during our trip. We highly recommend the cod cooked in a salt crust. The lobster was also excellent. Very good for families.

Go! home, simplicity and refinement summarize what you will discover at the table of desire. Finally, the quality price ratio is exceptional. Bravo to the whole team. We'll come back, I promise!

Two large rooms with a simple setting but very enjoyable. The food in the plate is what will attract your attention. A choice between 3 price levels, with a vegetarian option. Friendly team.

in the middle of the island in a pretty village, a beautiful hotel but also an excellent restaurant. nice warm room, very attentive service menu with choice e p or everything is quality

excellent cuisine, simple and warm welcome. I recommend dessert based on apples, caramel butter and chocolates. A murder! beautiful way to conclude a stay in this so beautiful place.

What a fantastic meal. The surrounds were beautiful and this was matched by the friendly staff and were very helpful when ordering our meal. Great location for that special meal.

We were there with 5 of our grandkids for lunch. We ate outside and had a lovely time. THe food is simple but good in quality.
