We stayed for one night at the starting point of our 8-day hike on the GR400. Owner's approach a little gruff but pleasant over time and conversation. Nothing to complain about in terms of the room, clean, comfortable with a certain charm. Very bad experience, the salmon with sorrel served was still practically frozen inside after reheating and the potatoes cold. Offer to replace the plate was made, but a little late. Very friendly welcome Starters and main courses good but not plentiful enough (chicken confit and Salers meat in very small quantities! portion for a child ok but for an adult it's really too little! As for dessert, profiteroles should be avoided, they are bathed in drinking chocolate and not in real melted dark chocolate, it is essential to review the recipe!
