A nice welcome, a competent staff is well-appointed, a modern and pleasant room, everything starts well: In the entrance we took the home foie gras with a jam of onions and fig bread, of great finesse. In dish a Fountain matured 45 days extra selection accompanied by Frites, Petits Légumes and Sauce aux Cèpes. A pure wonder with the requested cooking respected. For dessert a sublime floating island.
