traditional restaurant in the heart of the super sauze ski resort. specialties such as the feet packages are made home, the boss is a real butcher who works with love the products of the region of the valley of the ubaye. the decor is summarised and of time but very warm. Don't miss his omelette with the bites, his feet packs, the .tous box is good.
An ideal place or stop to make a pose, the service is on the top and the terrace server has punh and a nice humour if you love the second degree despite the lack of diligence in the service and listening, it is the holidays and we all want to enjoy it.... thank you for your cuisine and your sympathy.
On August 13, at the super sauze: "the butcher's table" serves the traditional Ayoli. This year it was all cold and not tasteful. 2 bulots, 2 shrimps, 3 mussels, a small egg, half of a potato and 2 small carrots not peeled, a piece of beet and dry cod instead of cod. Don't go one day like that.

very nice place and mountain atmosphere in the room. We ate a great savoyard fondue and raclette for our friends. For dessert I recommend the crispy that is a slaughter and seen the world, mandatory reservation
