to celebrate our 12 years of meeting my tender wife and I even went to the table of the connetable to Chantilly May 2019. We already knew this star table, and wanted to discover the new Julian chef lucas, the new sommelier, the new team in kitchen and service. We had the chance to be placed at the table in an optimal way to admire the work of the teams in the kitchen. We have chosen the tasting menu in 6 dishes: it allows to discover the know-how offered in the à la carte dishes, but in menu. the asparagus of the vegetable garden of bagy the great, truite of the smoked, whipped sauce with earthly edge; langoustin, smoky with fir, vintage caviar, pear and beet; the sander, in darne, mushroom...

A huge disappointment The place is classic, pretty chic. If you dine in a private living room the decoration is however nonexistent. The service is correct but not at the level of a starred restaurant. Where the note is the quality of the dishes, creativity is not at the rendezvous. No surprises sometimes of bad taste in the first sense of the term. All the dishes were too salty and it became totally unpleasant or frankly not good. This reflects the opinion of the 10 guests who shared the meal. The sommelier’s advice has not at all been wise to see catastrophic for the choice of red wine. This dinner was a gift, I feel like I totally missed it. I will not come back for sure and I advise you...

fabulous! all dishes are out of standard both on the quality of the dishes, and on the originality of the dishes offered! The sommelier allowed us to taste rare wines extremely fine in the palate and totally matched to dishes! the cheese dish presented in a hierarchy of flavors, was sublimated by a homemade honey. As for dessert chocolates accompanied by an exceptional porto, it makes you enter an unreal world close to perfection! the price is also out of standard but the value for money is very in favor of this restaurant! to book for your exceptional moments that will become unforgettable!!

A very French spirit in this venerable house where the dishes arrive under the bells in a piercing ballet that especially holds the eyeline. We never get tired of the amuse-bouches arranged by horse-iron that are already a trip and give an idea of the prices of Julien Lucas' party: cultivate bitterness. Here we find the hops... which often treats him surprisingly and sums up quite attractive. Don't miss the chocolate and end wedding...

13 February 2020 an exceptional dinner! It was a tourbillon of flavors! made from local products and quality. the presentation shows, the enormous work done in the kitchen. Congratulations, m. denon and all your team. A perfect service. Excellent table!
