We took the salmon gravelax and the pie to the zucchini and carrots. It was delicious, the salmon with the freshness of the cucumber and this chips that gave peps, the dish was very balanced on flavors. in main dish we took the tartare Asian way and a dorade net with its risoto to the buckwheat. For me the tartare was divine with yuzu, peanuts, parmesan I have feasted on all the codes of an Asian dish. For dessert a super-fashioned chocolate cooked chocolate that was super airy ate and one between a passion vanilla and sorbet sensational flowers.
