very beautiful hotel, the reception was professional and cordial. the room was spacious and pleasant. 3 small flats: 1 the holes in the wall has the location of the TV, it would have been wise to loot them before returning it. 2 the make-up mirror in the bathroom was useless because badly attached to the wall. 3 no parking in the hotel’s enclosure but a nearby one that turns out to be paid. for breakfast: I enjoyed the service at the table, we eat well with various foods and without excess bread, croissant, roasted egg etc ... good general experience.
Very well: place, room, reception and services are very good. However, a few axes of improvement: oil and make the doors of the more soundproofed rooms, put 2 tubes of shower gel instead of one, have bikes for hotel residents, examine breakfast (request to avoid spoiling and satisfy customers: offer at least 2 types of fresh drinks, ask if ham cheese bread are ok, put a little more old. )
we have just tasted a menu of about thirty euros this noon, for the entrance/plat/dessert we found remarkable. dressage is neat and creative, the flavors are surprising, we have had a pleasant moment in a refined and privileged setting. Thank you to the hotel team for this reception and especially to eloïse we will return soon!
delicious meals in this comfortable restaurant, with a pleasant atmosphere. modern decoration, but without coldness. The pielet mushrooms are excellent, the half colvert is a real treat, well accompanied by small vegetables, with a high class juice. friendly and efficient staff. limited but sufficient wine map. We'll be back!

restaurant discovered as part of the organization of my wedding and it is pleasant jn discovery for taste buds. We loved butter soup. cocktails and dishes are also divine. wait to discover the menu prepared as part of our wedding.
Superb hotel very well placed in Fontainebleau. I slept very well in this bucolic and very quiet environment. The welcome was really perfect and cherry on the cake the restaurant is delicious. A beautiful discovery!
