La Table Sébastien Gravé

Dinner with bestfriends on my birthday. Perfect ambience. Each of us took the menu dégustation. Rich flavours and beautiful plating. However, would prefer a full French cuisine in the menu rather than having an Asian touch in each plate. I'm Asian so I wasn't looking for more Asian food, especially in a French gastronomique restaurant). Otherwise, most outstanding dish in the menu was the cabillaud.

Great experience We had the chance to have dinner in the kitchen. We knew we were going to eat well. But at this point!!!Menu tasting we have feasted from beginning to end. Each dish was made to perfection A gustative happiness. And be able to attend the show in the back of the kitchens, an honor... which job and what visual pleasure The team in small care thanks for this happy moment

Very pleasant dinner in the atmosphere of the kitchen; very tasteful dishes, an excellent culinary moment Small flat that is only my feeling: too much mayonnaise with the octopus and not enough vegetables; with grapefruit dessert, not enough grapefruit and too much pastry cream in this very good occurrence) Thank you for this good moment

Lovely staff and setting. The amouse bouche, egg yolk, mustard ice cream, pistachio crusted hake, chimchimuri sauce were particularly outstanding... One loss of star for me cause the souffle didn't rise and it was liquidy and empty so that was a bit disappointing Reserva una mesa ahora

Excelente gastronomic address, very surprising alliances for a fully measured cost. Excellent value for money. We were even tempted to make a new detour from Spain to come back to lunch. We'll come back for sure. Congratulations to the chief!
