Dinner with bestfriends on my birthday. Perfect ambience. Each of us took the menu dégustation. Rich flavours and beautiful plating. However, would prefer a full French cuisine in the menu rather than having an Asian touch in each plate. I'm Asian so I wasn't looking for more Asian food, especially in a French gastronomique restaurant). Otherwise, most outstanding dish in the menu was the cabillaud.

Lovely staff and setting. The amouse bouche, egg yolk, mustard ice cream, pistachio crusted hake, chimchimuri sauce were particularly outstanding... One loss of star for me cause the souffle didn't rise and it was liquidy and empty so that was a bit disappointing
A safe value, product quality, inventiveness and presentation always at the rendezvous, a small flat on the holy Sylvester menus to take a little disappointing this year 2023.
Excellent time at Sébastien Gravé's table. Personal listening and very friendly. The dishes are as nice and delicious.
