we came and ignored one because and it was clear that there was a waiting queue. after 15 minutes we talked to a girl with long dark hair. she said she was supposed to sit on the table on the street to wait. then all Spanish couples. were just too foot and sit (without reservations.) my man stepped forward and said no, that was not fair and we waited together with a family and another person. 5 minutes later we sat, but the people were still asked to wait and then the workers who showed the couples and families who just went to a table. the restaurant is nice to eat very average and the customer service is appalling! if it is as if it was, they need to sort someone there all the time the ord...

if they love Italian eating and have a healthy sense for Italian cuisine and recipes, then this is not the place for them. the crust and the dough for pizzas and calzone is more like something they get in a donor shop than...wrap completely tasteless and disappointing. the name of the calzone is fully respected at this place. false dough, false recipe and BBQ sauce appearing on a calzon? do you joke? mann change your name into a tourist trap for Italian food lovers. they remain away from this place when they have healthy senses for real food and Italian aromen. only the good was the ombiance and the low jazz music.

Buena calidad de la comida y el vino, pero el servicio está en piloto automático, la música de fondo es terrible, el interior es muy ruidoso y no todas las sillas son cómodas. Es una cadena de restaurantes muy grande y se nota; los ingredientes son frescos y buenos, pero tratan a los clientes como si fueran simplemente un número más.

The food is excellent and the choice caters for everyone but the service reflects the fact that they do not have enough staff. Still worth going though!
