La Tapatia Mexican Restaurant And Bar

I never rated a restaurant on the line, but had to take it off. this place had positiw the most terrible service I have ever experienced. my waterglass was not refilled during the entire meal. I was with a friend to eat, he ordered flour tortillas with his meal and I ordered mais. instead of bringing them into separate keepers for the various tortillas, they put them all in one. I ordered a T-Bone steak medium wheel. the steak might was 3/8 thick, was boiled medium and had zero taste. I also ordered a shrimp cocktail, which proves to be margarita glass with tomato juice, zilantro, wobble, avocado and a few small, tasteless garnels. we finished our meal times and waited for 15 minutes for a ticket before we finally went to register. never again.

Service was terrible. My son ordered chicken fajitas and they brought steak which was dry and had no flavor. I had chicken enchiladas suizas. They were ok at best. My other sin ordered the kids crispy taco plate but wanted 2 tacos and the waitress charged us for 2 plates. Wife had menudo that she said was delicious. Also didn't like how they added 15% gratuity to my check. The service received surely wasn't deserving of that at all

Customer service is more than 5 stars, you have more than one wait staff checking on you but not in that irritating way. Not to mention DAILY DRINK SPECIALS. And Sunday Fundays are $2.50, **** Mary's( which are excellent), the hubs is a **** Mary snob, mimosas, and tequila sunrise's.... And food FANTASTIC.

The food is really good here and not super expensive. Friendly staff, great micheladas.Food doesn’t take forever to be prepared and served. Everything Super fresh. Great location! Always answers the phone.

Excellent customer service every time. Their food taste amazing, great tex-mex! Better than Lupe or Chuys. Their prices are fair. I recommend it!!
