"Four of us ladies went to the restaurant and found it to be very welcoming. The service was friendly and prompt. Our starters were tasty, although the portions were small for the price. All of the tapas dishes were hot and delicious."

I also noticed that many of my favorite dishes were no longer on the menu, and the selection was much smaller. The food did not meet its usual tasty standard, for example the Patatas bravas were incredibly spicy and we could not eat them. However, the staff kindly removed this dish from our bill as a gesture of goodwill. Overall, I was disappointed with the changes at La Tasca. Many beloved dishes were missing, and the food quality had declined. Unless there is a significant menu change in the future, I will not be returning as today's experience was not up to par. The old menu at La Tasca was far superior to this new one.
The food was delicious and the service was very efficient. We had made a reservation online in the afternoon and received the email confirmation. However, upon arrival, the restaurant did not have our reservation on their list. Despite this hiccup, they quickly and kindly took our information again and found us a table.
