I had the opportunity to have lunch in La Taverne in Saint-Jean-en-Royans. We were 8. I chose a burger pizza. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this pizza. The dough was perfectly cooked, slightly crispy. The ingredients were fresh and tasty, and the combination of flavors was delicious. Excellent small restaurant, located in an old cellar with all beauty. The boss is very jovial and comes to see all his clients at each table, to know if everything is okay. The dishes are simple but very tasteful and very fresh. A good address in the corner.
