excellent reception, fast service, very good torched pie and all in the middle of the alsace ecomusea park. the Alsatian atmosphere guaranteed, in the footsteps of our ancestors. Thanks to the entire team of the ecomuseum and taverne for this fabulous work!

Vegetarian I was afraid I could not eat anything at the Alsace Ecomuseum! But the very involved server team allowed me to eat at my hunger by creating a custom menu, a big thank you shaded terrace corner very nice and impeccable service, I recommend!

Typical dishes. Very nice photocopier plates. The wine is pretty good. However, the wait is still long even if the service is done with the smile from beginning to end. You have to think about the reservation.
