We arrived luckily with a reservation at 1230pm which I scored at 10am that same day (probably the last table for 2. I had been to this restaurant 5 years ago with about 6 friends on the night in Laval where they lit the great illuminations all over this capital city of the Mayenne region. Today, years later and one day late for the illuminations, we were welcomed by the host (the restaurant was taken over 3 years ago or so, but the atmosphere/food/decor were the same. The menu was re designed and it was much easier to read (someone followed my recommanded course Menu Desgin 101* . the decor has not changed, the atmosphere is always that of a few years ago with always as much noise. who says fish restaurant says eat mussels and cream as long as to do!!! no disappointment when in quantity by against once the lid removed I discover mussels all small because too cooked with a white gelatinous substance above .... it was the cream .... that had rather the appearance of a failed bechamel bowl ... disgust ! to make the pill go as far as finishing on a sweet note: gourmet coffee made under my eyes because next to the dessert bar .... coffee machine ok but pielette and cream dessert to the micro wave I almost got up and go! morality: expensive and not good (except white glass)...
reception: friendly and welcoming equipment despite a very important service. We had a time-requirement that was respected without messing with us service: fast and efficient: important and varying, which could scare but the products seem to be of quality in front of this "big card".Price: very good value pricedeco: beautiful interior decoration which does not spoil anything. I highly recommend this restaurant
Chose this restaurant as it was next door to our hotel. It was buzzing on a Sunday evening and the service remained slick, friendly and efficient. There is an excellent variety of food on the menu and ours, steak and fish dishes, was well cooked. Our ice cream desserts were large and delicious. We returned the following evening to equally good service and quality of food.

It's the laval restaurant or you can always go unsurprisingly and almost all the time. The reception is professional and neat with unsurprising but always quality cuisine with healthy products. The prices are reasonable and the frame, without being exceptional, is even if it can be noisy when there are many people.
We arrived late, about 30 minutes towards the closure of the restaurant. The menu impressed us by being varied and rich in content. Our order was promptly taken and delivered. The presentation was lovely to behold and the dishes were delicious. We had fish soup and foie gras for starters and sole meunier and
Came by chance to have a coffee. Fast and welcoming service. When we are passing through, we will come back. Young team. The coffee tastes good, but a little stronger would be a nice touch. Possibility of taking it away.
being a former regular, I was very disappointed with my last visits. the quality of the different dishes has clearly changed. Mean meat, burger is no longer good, duck parmenter, either. but still high prices
